"Why breakfast count"

Go ahead and savor the scrambled eggs and sausages. People who eat more in the morning eat less overall and gain less weight than breakfast skimpers. According to the researcher analyzed the food diaries of 867 people and found that people eat one calorie less per day for every extra calorie they consume in the morning. People those who ate less than 11% of their calories before noon gained almost three pounds over four years, while those who had 22 to 50% of their calories at breakfast gained just over one and a half pounds...
