"No sneeze and snooze"

Do you catch yourself sniffling and sneezing constantly, with no relief from cold medication? An allergy might be causing this reaction. Some common allergens are weeds, flowers, pollen from trees and grass, dust, pet hair, and mold. There's wirtually no escaping these - especially in your bedroom - so it's best to minimize your exposure to them.
Invest in bed sheets and pillowcases that are allergen proof to keep dust mites at bay. Also, wash bedding in hot water once a week, and throw them in the dryer - not on a clothesline outside where they can trap more allergens. Keep windows closed to keep pollen outside, and use an air conditioner. Go for washable curtains because they're easier to clean, and use a vacuum cleaner with double bags for extra filtration.....
