Blueberries have long been considered one of the wonder foods: not only do they taste good, but they also offer a variety of health benefits. Consuming blackberries is also beneficial. Eating blueberries and blackberries is a simple, delicious way to add extra nutrition to your diet.

Antioxidants - Polyphenols, substances found in blueberries, actually make them blue. This activity, combined with high amounts of antioxidants, make the blackberry a smart food for fighting cancer.

UNDERSTAND LIFE

Living in this world can be cruel and I am saying this believing that everyone who is reading this agrees. We all know that to be able to survive in this world you need to accept that we need to be tough. Though it’s been a fact that we are merely trying to survive living in this world it still the magic of life still amazes me. As much as it is tough to live in this world it is also beautiful to live.

But not most people see things like I see things. There are some who are barely surviving and are not built on facing the storms of life. I have read on some online articles about this Oxycontin Detox, Oxycodone Withdrawal Symptoms and Drug Detox. And I am saddened by the fact that there a lot of people who are going through this drug addiction because they couldn’t handle life. I call them the casualties of life.

It has always been my interest, the cases of people who use drugs to escape from emotional pain or either uses it as a defense mechanism with all the negativity happening to their lives. I have this never ending interest of finding out ways of understanding them. Unraveling the reasons behind their troubled lives and eventually find out ways on how to help them. We can no longer fix their past but we could definitely give them a decent future.

Hopefully there are also a lot of people like me who wants to help these people I call the casualty of life. If only this world is not as maddening as it is. If only life could be a little less hard. But then I cannot question the higher power about how he designed and planned all of this. The least we could do is try to understand.

Eating dark chocolate moderately is recommended. Eating too much can lead to other health problems. It's not determine if eating chocolate has any long-term effects on lowering blood pressure.

4. Eat foods with soybeans and other sources high in potassium. Foods specifically high in potassium, like bananas another great source in lowering blood pressure. Potassium helps rid the body of sodium. Sodium is a risk for high blood pressure. A lot of fruits and legumes have a good source of potassium in them. Potassium supports good heart health.

5. Eat foods that are good sources of magnesium. Magnesium has been said to relax blood vessels in your body. It regulates blood sugar levels. Foods that are good sources of magnesium are broccoli, black beans, spinach, grains, nuts, and legumes.

Cover a Scar When Going Out

It is easy to cover scars, such as those caused by acne or burns, when going out for the night. The trick is to invest in some quality corrective skin makeup products. There are several cosmetics companies that offer products with specifically heavier formulations and unique tones that will cancel out the redness of scarring. Obtain samples of the product first to find the best match for your skin tone. If the scar is on an area that isn't your face, such as an arm or leg, simply use the product like a concealer over it.

Instructions / Things You'll Need

Soft foundation brush
Corrective foundation, liquid
Concealer brush
Corrective foundation, stick
Regular concealer (optional)
Blush (optional)
Bronzer (optional)
Highlighter (optional)
Powder brush
Corrective facial powder

1. Use a soft foundation brush to apply the corrective foundation only to the scarred areas. Apply a light amount to begin with and build the coverage as needed.

2. Use a concealer brush to apply the cream stick corrective foundation around the edges of the scarring to help blend into the surrounding skin. Note that you can also use this product to build up the color of the foundation more slowly.

3. Use a regular concealer to cover blemishes that aren't scars for a more natural look. Apply blush, bronzer and highlighter as desired. Use powdered products if applying over the scarred area to avoid rubbing too much at the foundation products before they've fully set.

4. Use a powder brush to apply corrective facial powder all over the face. Apply a light amount in the areas that aren't scarred and a heavier dusting to set the foundation products.
