"Bone up on bone health"

You may not realize it, but your body becomes vulnerable to wear and tear as you age especially you bones. Osteoporosis also called the silent bone killer puts 50% of people at risk. As we age, bones get weaker and become more susceptible to fractures and injuries. Coupled with an unhealthy and inactive lifestyle and a genetic predisposition to the disease, osteoporosis is something that cannot be ignored. To maintain bone health, we need to improve our diet, get regular exercise, avoid smoking and limit alcohol intake. We also need to load up on calcium and other essential bone nutrients such as vitamin D, magnesium and zinc, making bone regeneration more effective. Get these nutrient by incorporating a glass of milk to your daily diet.
