You may know that greasy burgers aren't ranked high on the nutrition "good" list. But you may not realize that too much of any red meat may pose a health risk. Pre-Menopausal women who ate more than ten and a half servings of red meat per week were nearly twice as likely to develop estrogen-dependent breast cancer as those who ate three or fewer servings. You don't have to swear off red meat-just eat it occasionally and keep portions small.
