"WEDGE IN EXTRA WORKOUTS"

Being a busy doesn't mean you can't cram calorie burning into your daily routine! The key: More movement in your lives, even when we're not technically exercising. Even if you're on the phone, "stand up and do some lunges, or pick up a two to three pound water bottle and do some curls to work out your arms.

I agree with what you posted. Did you know there was a study that found that 3 ten minute workouts per day can be as effective as 1 thirty minute workout?
