The initial plan for me is to retire by the age of 45. It is
just a decade from now and by the looks of it will never be achievable. I still
have a lot of goals to achieve and I am still way behind in terms of monetary
savings. My current savings as of this moment wouldn’t last me a year. So yeah,
I can’t retire and not work when I am 45.

It saddened me to realize this. I have expected to be just
relaxing and spending my hard earned money while experiencing mid-life crisis.
I have expected that I will be travelling most of the time or just spending my
free time on casino online gratis
by the time that I am 45. But I am keeping my perspective positive and hope
that I could only adjust a few more years for my planned early retirement. Say,
I could retire when I am 50? A new set of goal is good to get me going and be
motivated.

perfect skin products before. I have a dry skin and I use to have a hard time
finding a moisturizer that would fit on my very sensitive skin type. I almost
tried different kind of brands in the market and still no good results. My skin
still gets dry easily and there comes a point that I am so frustrated I almost
go to the dermatologist just to have a prescribed skin products for my skin.
Good thing a friend suggested that I should try using extra virgin olive oil.

I started using extra olive oil just a

my skin after I take a bath and let my skin absorb it for a couple of minutes.
It’s just that simple. I noticed that my skin never gets dry anymore unless
it’s too windy. In that case I just bring along an extra bottle of extra virgin
olive oil.

a lot of best

troubles on your skin you should try this one and maybe it has the same
positive effect on you too. It is not expensive and I believe it is very
healthy to use because it is organic. I just can’t express how much I
appreciate the extra virgin olive oil of what it had done to my skin.

We commemorate the eight year death
anniversary of my father last March 16. He died of a heart disease. From then
on I’d been conscious about the health of heart of my family and me. It has been
one of my priorities to take good care of our heart. This requires proper diet,
eating the right food that can improve heart health and avoiding foods
that will risk our hearts health. This includes going on a program diet. At
first this has been difficult because as a family we love to eat but then we
really have to do this also as some sort kind of tribute to my father.

making ourselves fit, eating healthy and avoiding stressful factors that is
also one of the risk factor to our hearts. The death of our father due to a
heart disease woke us up to take care of our health. Death can be traumatic but
I know it is inevitable but it doesn’t have to be just like the death of my
father that is so early and sudden. So this taking good care of our health
specifically our hearts would be our bond as a family.

The thing that interests me nowadays is the
internet. I was still amaze on how the technology affects us today. I am
somehow happy that I get to experience it just like my grandmother was happy to
have experienced using a cellphone. At least I get to be a part of an era or
age. But as much as I am in awe with this cool technology I have this urge to
get into deep about it. I am not trying to be an expert; I just want to fully understand
about it. It’s mechanics, the advantages and disadvantages, basically the
different effects of it on human.

There are some courses about this today I
believe. I am not sure which university offers this course but I will look it
up because I am interested on enrolling. This has become now one of my goals.
Be educated about this whole internet thing and be an ambassador of some sort.
I intend to also educate the others about this and maybe together we could make
this digital age a better age that we live in.

One of the things that I want to go dig
deep into is the porn industry on the cyberspace. I stumble upon this site http://twitter.com/porn
which is obviously a PornTwitter and I am
curious how this thing benefits each and every one who subscribe to this. Aside
from the fact that sex sells I wanted to know how this affect the lives of
people behind this and what makes the end user or the subscriber of this really
feels about this.

Hopefully I get to pursue this goal that is
slowly turning into dream. I don’t want to obsess about it because I will get
impatient and rush these things. I don’t know if this is a noble thing but if
not I know that I could be helping the others who, like me, has this hunger of
understanding the cyberspace.

Results from the 2012 United States Cluster
Headache Survey revealed that alcohol remains the main trigger for
cluster headaches. More than half of all survey participants stated that
alcohol was their main headache trigger. In some European countries the
rates of alcohol induced headache are much greater (Sweden 79%, UK 63%)
or approximately the same (Germany 54%).

The main source of alcohol for US respondents was beer (57%) followed
by red wine and hard liquor (about 50%). Most survey respondents
reported that they stopped drinking at the onset of a cluster headache.
Interestingly, the data also supported a well-known fact that beer is
the number one consumed alcoholic beverage in the United States. Hence,
the question is still out as to whether these numbers would look
different in other countries - where other alcoholic beverages reign...
Tell us about your experience with alcohol and headaches.

Working in a corporate world doesn’t give
you much of a time to think about getting fit so it is always the people who
works in this world that gains weight. Usually they spent eight to twelve hours
a day just sitting behind their computers. They tend to eat a lot because of
the stress that goes along with their work. The lack of exercise plus bad
eating habit would sum up to a massive weight gain. This has now become a
common problem of those who works in a corporate world.

that could help them lose weight without compromising their working schedule.
Change of routine could be scary for them so they tend to be reluctant to any
kind of diet or exercise program. Taking these organic and botanical pills
might be what they need given their circumstances. These pills are specially
designed to effectively absorb the oil from food, discharge of the body, stop
the grease ingress and prevent the fat accumulation comprehensively. So this
would be perfect for them.

as well. You may be reading this today because you are or have been very
unhappy about physical appearance. However, you should understand that losing
weight isn’t just looking good, it is about feeling good, it is about being
healthy and living a productive and comfortable life. Above all, it is about
avoiding the terrible medical consequences of carrying around excessive weight.
The growing evidence shows that if you are overweight you are more likely to
develop health problems like heat disease, diabetes, stroke, certain type of
cancer, gout or joint pain caused by excess uric acid, and gallbladder disease.
Being overweight can also cause problem like sleep apnoea and osteoarthritis
and more overweight you are the more likely you are to have these health problems.
In comparison, healthy and steady weight loss can help improve the harmful
effects of being overweight.

I am currently on a financial crisis state.
If I would be telling the whole story on as to why do I get into this situation
it may take me a day. So I am sparing you the gory details. I’d been through
depression and desperate phase but I am proud to say that I am able to pull
myself up and face it. There’s a saying that when you are down there is no way
but up. And I believe that.

I still don’t have a passport. How lame is
that? I’d been planning to travel out of the country but still I don’t have a
passport. I know, that really sounds stupid. Okay, I am blaming it all to my
laziness to my laziness. I hate going through all the hassles of getting public
documents. I guess I just need to embrace the fact that I really need to go
through with that if I wanted to leave this country.

Another reason also is that I’d been having
problems with some of my public documents and I need to fix it for me to get a
passport. A friend advises me to Find A Notary. She says
a notary would help me fix those public documents problems. So the next thing I
did is hit the computer and Google How to Find a Notary.
It gave me some insights and websites (e.g. FindNotary.com)
that would help me.

The next step is to get myself to that
notary and eventually go to the Foreign Affairs office and get that passport
once and for all. If I get to accomplish this within this year I would probably
go to Hongkong or Singapore
next year just to celebrate this milestone in my life – that I finally have a
passport.
goyzhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/04156939763318892995noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6233649426984310343.post-22397344120348759142012-05-22T23:12:00.002-07:002012-05-22T23:12:21.659-07:00NOTARY

A certain friend asks me about How to Become a
Notary a while ago and of course I confidently answered her that you need
to become a lawyer first. She thought that being a notary would only just require
a certain short course. I really don’t know how this notary thing goes all I
know is you have to have a license for it and you are a lawyer or something. I
suggest her to just Find A Notary or
browse some Notary FAQ.

I asked my friend why her sudden interest
in this notary thing. She said that it is now one of the most lucrative service
sought based on her personal experience and observation. She’s right. I also
realized that notary services have become one of the consistently needed
services in terms of public documents not only in our country but around the
globe.

Now it also got me thinking of how much a
notary public earns for, let’s say a month. It’s quite interesting, but
thinking of getting into law school and study law makes me cringe. Nah, I’d
rather just go to a notary public for my legal document need than to be one.
But maybe my friend would be really interested on jumping into this career. So
I’ll just egg her to go for it.
goyzhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/04156939763318892995noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6233649426984310343.post-58167741595584025212012-05-09T01:35:00.003-07:002012-05-09T01:35:53.676-07:00LAZY DAYS

Although some overnight acne treatments can be costly, here are a few inexpensive treatments that really work.

Calamine Lotion - Calamine lotion is extremely effective at drying acne lesions fast. Simply dot a little bit of Calamine lotion on a blemish and let the lotion stay on overnight.
Tea Tree Oil - Tea tree oil is an anti-fungal that is just as effective as benzoyl peroxide, but without the side effects. Soak the tip of a cotton swab in tea tree oil and apply it sparingly to the blemishes.

Baking Soda - Baking soda fights a bacteria called Candida, which can cause acne that resists other treatments. Research shows that there is clear evidence that organic foods contain higher nutritional levels. It is not just a marketing campaign: Eating organic has a positive effect on your health in addition to the well-being of the environment and future generations.

Features - Organic foods contain more nutrients, cancer-fighting antioxidants, vitamins and minerals than conventional foods. Studies show that organic farming boosts biodiversity throughout the food chain. Eating organic promotes good health and minimizes environmental impact.

Benefits - Consumers avoid pesticides, additives and genetically-modified foods. By eating organic, consumers reduce their exposure and their children's exposure to chemical laden foods. There is a decrease in the likelihood of cancers and other diseases, developmental delays and behavioral concerns in children.

Significance - Organic farmers must undergo stricter government regulations for product integrity than conventional farmers. Organic produce and meat are untreated and free of harmful contaminants and additives, significantly reducing toxin exposure. Consumers are more apt to find their foods at a local farmers market. It not only benefits the local economy, but ultimately there is less fossil fuel consumption.

Effects - Going organic improves soil quality. Organic farmers do not use synthetics and chemicals to fertilize. This helps safeguard the climate and water quality. Animals raised organically are given organic feed without hormones or antibiotics.

Prevention/Solution - Organic farming methods do not employ genetically modified practices. The food is free from chemicals, synthetics and additives. Produce is not artificially ripened. Soil is cleaner, with less residual elements left behind; run-off water is not tainted with pesticides or chemicals.

Misconceptions - Organic food is assumed to cost significantly more than nonorganic products. However, It is possible for a shopper on a budget to replace peppers, strawberries, spinach and potatoes, which all have higher risks of poisoning, with organic options.

Potential - Eating organic is gaining acceptance globally. Organic food is more readily found in grocery stores versus specialty or health food stores. More local farmers have changed to organic and are being supported in communities. The importance of eating organic is that you are not only benefiting yourself. As a smart consumer, you are imparting a healthier lifestyle that can sustain the environment for future generations.

goyzhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/04156939763318892995noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6233649426984310343.post-49015491007600295002012-02-28T15:50:00.002-08:002012-02-28T15:55:39.180-08:00Benefits of Blueberries & Blackberries
Blueberries have long been considered one of the wonder foods: not only do they taste good, but they also offer a variety of health benefits. Consuming blackberries is also beneficial. Eating blueberries and blackberries is a simple, delicious way to add extra nutrition to your diet.

Antioxidants - Polyphenols, substances found in blueberries, actually make them blue. These same substances also contribute to the health benefits and antioxidant properties of blueberries, making them one of the richest antioxidant foods. Eating blueberries helps fight free radicals, which are connected with cancer, heart disease and Alzheimer's disease, according to the U.S. Highbush Blueberry Council.

High Fiber - Blueberries provide an ample source of fiber, according to the U.S. Highbush Blueberry Council. A lack of fiber is a common problem in American diets. Fiber helps with digestive problems and promotes heart health. Blueberry consumption benefits both the digestive system and the heart.

Low Calories - Both blueberries and blackberries are delicious, have a one-of-a-kind taste and are good for you. Those wishing to shed a few pounds need not look any further for healthy snacks that add little to daily calorie intake. Munch on these two types of berries without worrying about the consequences. One cup of raw blueberries is a sizable snack that only adds 80 calories to the day's intake, while blackberries are even lighter on calories at 62 per cup.

Vitamin C - Vitamin C is essential for normal development and growth. The human body requires a regular supply of vitamin C to develop collagen, repair damaged tissues and slow down the effects of aging. The body expels vitamin C through urine, therefore making it necessary to replenish it with vitamin-rich foods and supplements daily. One cup of blackberries provides the body with half of the daily recommended amount of vitamin C, according to the Natural Health website. Blueberries are also rich in vitamin C, providing 25 percent of the daily-recommended amount in one cup.

Fight Cancer - Eating more fruits and vegetables has long been associated with reducing the occurrence of cancer. Blackberries are especially good in fighting the disease. In a study published by The Journal of Biological Chemistry, blackberries contain a compound known as C3G, which produces activity in the cells similar to chemotherapy. This compound was isolated and given to test animals who showed a significant reduction in cancer cells. This activity, combined with high amounts of antioxidants, make the blackberry a smart food for fighting cancer.

goyzhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/04156939763318892995noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6233649426984310343.post-42046962839143228222012-02-21T16:00:00.000-08:002012-02-21T16:01:36.177-08:00UNDERSTAND LIFE

Living in this world can be cruel and I am saying this believing that everyone who is reading this agrees. The trick is to invest in some quality corrective skin makeup products. There are several cosmetics companies that offer products with specifically heavier formulations and unique tones that will cancel out the redness of scarring. Obtain samples of the product first to find the best match for your skin tone. If the scar is on an area that isn't your face, such as an arm or leg, simply use the product like a concealer over it.

Instructions / Things You'll Need

Soft foundation brush
Corrective foundation, liquid
Concealer brush
Corrective foundation, stick
Regular concealer (optional)
Blush (optional)
Bronzer (optional)
Highlighter (optional)
Powder brush
Corrective facial powder

1. Use a soft foundation brush to apply the corrective foundation only to the scarred areas. Apply a light amount to begin with and build the coverage as needed.

2. Use a concealer brush to apply the cream stick corrective foundation around the edges of the scarring to help blend into the surrounding skin. Note that you can also use this product to build up the color of the foundation more slowly.

3. Use a regular concealer to cover blemishes that aren't scars for a more natural look. Apply blush, bronzer and highlighter as desired. Use powdered products if applying over the scarred area to avoid rubbing too much at the foundation products before they've fully set.

4. Use a powder brush to apply corrective facial powder all over the face. Apply a light amount in the areas that aren't scarred and a heavier dusting to set the foundation products.goyzhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/04156939763318892995noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6233649426984310343.post-45267053291400854672012-01-26T15:12:00.000-08:002012-01-26T15:14:28.432-08:00Choose Meats That Cure Anemia
Anemia can be caused by several different factors. One cause of this disorder is an iron deficiency. If you are a woman of childbearing years, then you are at risk of this type of anemia. Learn what meats you can eat to cure or prevent anemia.

1. Shop for lean cuts of red meat. Beef is high in iron, especially beef liver. However, try to stick to lean cuts. 97 percent fat free hamburger is a good option for teens and families dealing with iron-deficiency anemia. A three ounce serving of beef is going to provide between 3 and 3.2 Mg of iron.

2. Save money with iron rich cuts of poultry. Chicken and turkey tend to be less expensive than beef and they also tend to be a healthier meat choice because they are lower in fat. Chicken liver is one of the best sources of iron around. A 3.5 ounce cooked chicken liver has about 12.8 Mg of iron, while the leg meat of chicken contains about 1.3 Mg of iron per 3.5 ounce serving. The dark meat of turkey has 2.3 Mg of iron per 3.5 ounce serving whereas the white meat only has about 1.6 Mg of iron.

3. Buy lean cuts of pork to cure your anemia. Pork is another great source of iron. A three ounce serving of broiled pork loin contains about .8 Mg of iron.

4. Sample some seafood. Oysters have a high concentration of iron and provide you with about 4.5 Mg of iron per six piece serving. Clams offer you about 3 Mg per 3/4 cup serving. A 3 ounce serving of Halibut contains .9 Mg of iron, crab and tuna contain about .8 ounces of iron per 3 ounce serving and four large shrimp provide you with .7 Mg of iron.

goyzhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/04156939763318892995noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6233649426984310343.post-22836736185428398972012-01-25T23:40:00.000-08:002012-01-25T23:40:48.473-08:00Gloria on BloggersGloria on Bloggersgoyzhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/04156939763318892995noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6233649426984310343.post-75975217982429438262011-12-06T18:10:00.000-08:002011-12-06T18:13:12.945-08:00get good health
Achieving good health takes time so you will need to be patient and diligent if you're embarking on a program focused on healthy living. If you are a chronic couch potato in particular, you'll need to change your ways and get your body in motion to reach your health goals. To that end, determining the amounts, duration and intensity of each dietary and exercise component will help ensure a successful outcome.

1. Create a schedule each morning or at the beginning of each week that includes the physical, dietary and mental guidelines that you will follow on a daily basis. Designate times for each of these health aspects in addition to listing each day's exercises, meals and relaxation techniques. Stick to the schedule, as you will only see results if you are diligent.

2. Go for a challenging jog on a routine basis. Your run, which should last for at least 15 minutes each time, needs to be done a minimum of three times per week for it to be effective. Running will address your cardiovascular health and will help you lose weight as well. Your lower body and, to a lesser extent, your core muscles will also benefit.

3. Do pushups and situps. These are fundamental resistance exercises that tone your upper body. Three sets of each twice per day will help build muscle and make your body lean. The amount of pushups and situps in each set will vary by individual. Complete as many as you can until you are unable to do more; when you can do no more you've reached the stage known as "maxing out."

4. Avoid unhealthy foods while focusing on consuming healthy alternatives. Eat the recommended daily portions of each major food group. For fruits and vegetables, eat about eight total servings. For grains, you should eat about eight servings as well. Consume about two servings of dairy products and about three servings of protein. Drink approximately eight to nine cups of water if you want to lose weight.
5. Remember to focus on your mental health as well. Clear your mind of encumbrances by reading a book, for example. Reading is considered to be one of the best relaxation practices for a busy mind. The end of the day is most appropriate for this type of mental exercise.

goyzhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/04156939763318892995noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6233649426984310343.post-70736745503165753192011-06-30T22:41:00.000-07:002011-06-30T22:43:39.125-07:00YEAR-END ONLINE BUSINESS PLAN
My target by the end of the year is to have an online based business. I’d been contemplating about it for the past months now. I am testing my persistence about this because I don’t want it just to be one of those flopped projects that I had in the past. I want to make sure that I have the enough guts to do it and not just out of whim.

So I really thought about this – real hard, and yeah, I want to have an online business. Now my dilemma is choosing on selling underwear or ready-to-wear clothes. I’d crossed out customized t-shirt because there are a lot of cool online shops for customized t-shirts. I am more on considering the underwear thing. Since I love underwear, I myself am guilty of buying lots of it for no apparent reason. So basically I have an idea on what to offer to my target market.

One more thing, a friend advises me to get this CRM Software. CRM is Customer Relationship Management or also known a Lead Management. I needed also to build a good relationship with my customer because online businesses foundation is the trust of the customer. She has a good point and I am listing it to my top priorities when my business is already up and running.

Wish me luck! I hope I’d be able to pull this through with minimal error and pressure.

goyzhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/04156939763318892995noreply@blogger.com3tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6233649426984310343.post-13434718283816225782011-02-13T18:44:00.000-08:002011-02-13T18:46:47.004-08:00Happy Valentines Day!

goyzhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/04156939763318892995noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6233649426984310343.post-33965467992063009202010-12-24T19:34:00.000-08:002010-12-24T19:37:49.530-08:00Why Losing Hair In The Shower
Is your hair to fall out excessively? It's mostly men who are concerned by this problem; however there are also more and more women who are suffering from excessive hair loss. The exact causes of hair loss are still not known yet. However, research indicates that the problem is caused by various factors, such as stress, hormonal imbalances, lack of sleep, an overactive thyroid gland, lack of certain vitamins and minerals in one's nutrition and some other parameters.

Today, various solutions exist to either stop hair loss or to stimulate hair re-growth. There are prescription drugs, injections, implants and other solutions. However, there are also natural remedies that are less painful, that don't have any side effects and that are often even more effective. I suggest you try some of these alternative treatments before you take some more drastic steps. I also have to mention that there are not really any magical solutions that will allow you to re-grow your hair within a few days or weeks. Whatever solution you may chose, a minimum amount of patience will be required in order to succeed. Now, let's have a look at some of the best alternative solutions to stop hair loss and/or stimulate hair re-growth: Make sure your diet doesn't lack any of the vitamins that are crucial in order to stop hair loss. The most important vitamins are vitamin B3, B5 and B6. Other important vitamins are vitamin A, C and E. Your diet should also contain sufficient amounts of calcium, magnesium, zinc, iron, copper, selenium and silica. Mustard seeds have been used for quite some time as possible cure for hair loss: Put about 1 tablespoon of mustard seeds in half a liter of boiling water and cook them for about 5 minutes. Wait 20-30 minutes to allow the water to cool and then drink the water. Massage your scalp with coconut milk; leave it for about 20 minutes before rinsing your hair. Take equal amounts of warm castor and almond oil and massage your scalp with it twice a week. Do regular scalp massages with jojoba oil. This not only nurtures your hair but also keeps it beautiful and healthy.

goyzhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/04156939763318892995noreply@blogger.com0
