WORKING ON A CORPORATE WORLD

Working in a corporate world doesn’t give you much of a time to think about getting fit so it is always the people who works in this world that gains weight. Usually they spent eight to twelve hours a day just sitting behind their computers. They tend to eat a lot because of the stress that goes along with their work. The lack of exercise plus bad eating habit would sum up to a massive weight gain. This has now become a common problem of those who works in a corporate world.
Good thing there is this meizitang soft gel, botanical slimming and meizitang diet pills that could help them lose weight without compromising their working schedule. Change of routine could be scary for them so they tend to be reluctant to any kind of diet or exercise program. Taking these organic and botanical pills might be what they need given their circumstances. These pills are specially designed to effectively absorb the oil from food, discharge of the body, stop the grease ingress and prevent the fat accumulation comprehensively. So this would be perfect for them.

Risks of Overweight and Obesity

Obesity isn’t just a cosmetic problem; it is very much medical problem as well. You may be reading this today because you are or have been very unhappy about physical appearance. However, you should understand that losing weight isn’t just looking good, it is about feeling good, it is about being healthy and living a productive and comfortable life. Above all, it is about avoiding the terrible medical consequences of carrying around excessive weight. The growing evidence shows that if you are overweight you are more likely to develop health problems like heat disease, diabetes, stroke, certain type of cancer, gout or joint pain caused by excess uric acid, and gallbladder disease. Being overweight can also cause problem like sleep apnoea and osteoarthritis and more overweight you are the more likely you are to have these health problems. In comparison, healthy and steady weight loss can help improve the harmful effects of being overweight.

Risk of heart disease and stroke – this is one of leading causes of death and disability for both men and women. Overweight people are more likely to have high blood, a major risk factor for heart disease and stroke, than people who are not overweight.

Diabetes – type 2 diabetes is the most common type of diabetes in the world. Type 2 diabetes reduces your body ability to control your blood sugar. It is a major cause of early death, heart disease, kidney disease, stroke and blindness. Statistically overweight people are twice likely to develop type 2 diabetes as people who are not overweight.

Cancer – several type of cancer associated with being overweight. In women these include cancer of uterus, gallbladder, cervix, ovary, breast and colon. Overweight men are greater risk of developing cancer on the colon, rectum and prostate. For some type of cancer like colon and breast it is not clear whether the increased risk is due to extra weight or to high fat and high calorie diet, of course being strongly associated with weight problems as a consequence.

Osteoarthritis – is a common joint disorder that most often affects the joints in your knees, hips, and lower back, extra weight appears to increase the risk of osteoarthritis by placing extra pressure on these joints and wearing away the cartilage that normally protects them. Weight loss can decrease stress on the knees, hips and lower back and may improve the symptoms of osteoarthritis.

Gout – is a joint disease caused by high levels of uric acid in the blood. Uric acid sometimes forms into solid stone or crystal masses that become deposited in the joints. Gout is more common in overweight people and the risk of developing the disorder increases in parallel with higher body weight.

Gallbladder disease – or gallstones are more common if you are overweight and again your risk of the disease increases as your weight increases. It is not clear how being overweight may cause gallbladder disease but the association may be a consequence of changes in fat and cholesterol handling by the body leading to super saturation of bile.

FINANCIAL CRISIS

I am currently on a financial crisis state. If I would be telling the whole story on as to why do I get into this situation it may take me a day. So I am sparing you the gory details. I’d been through depression and desperate phase but I am proud to say that I am able to pull myself up and face it. There’s a saying that when you are down there is no way but up. And I believe that.
Good thing I have set of friends whom I can count on to in times of crisis. A friend of mine is helping me through this installment loan application and bad credit loan offers. And I am happy for the support that I have been getting from my friends. More than the help it’s the love and concern that really touches me. Life isn’t as cruel as it may seem if we just know the things that we should appreciate.
Well hopefully I get to get out with this financial mess sooner. I have no regrets though with this whole thing only lessons learned. This is one of the humbling experiences that I have experienced so far. And indeed it thought me to be more humble.

I WILL GET THAT PASSPORT

I still don’t have a passport. How lame is that? I’d been planning to travel out of the country but still I don’t have a passport. I know, that really sounds stupid. Okay, I am blaming it all to my laziness to my laziness. I hate going through all the hassles of getting public documents. I guess I just need to embrace the fact that I really need to go through with that if I wanted to leave this country.

Another reason also is that I’d been having problems with some of my public documents and I need to fix it for me to get a passport. A friend advises me to Find A Notary. She says a notary would help me fix those public documents problems. So the next thing I did is hit the computer and Google How to Find a Notary. It gave me some insights and websites (e.g. FindNotary.com) that would help me.

The next step is to get myself to that notary and eventually go to the Foreign Affairs office and get that passport once and for all. If I get to accomplish this within this year I would probably go to Hongkong or Singapore next year just to celebrate this milestone in my life – that I finally have a passport.

NOTARY

A certain friend asks me about How to Become a Notary a while ago and of course I confidently answered her that you need to become a lawyer first. She thought that being a notary would only just require a certain short course. I really don’t know how this notary thing goes all I know is you have to have a license for it and you are a lawyer or something. I suggest her to just Find A Notary or browse some Notary FAQ

I asked my friend why her sudden interest in this notary thing. She said that it is now one of the most lucrative service sought based on her personal experience and observation. She’s right. I also realized that notary services have become one of the consistently needed services in terms of public documents not only in our country but around the globe.

Now it also got me thinking of how much a notary public earns for, let’s say a month. It’s quite interesting, but thinking of getting into law school and study law makes me cringe. Nah, I’d rather just go to a notary public for my legal document need than to be one. But maybe my friend would be really interested on jumping into this career. So I’ll just egg her to go for it.
